L'Anxova Peluda és una fundació protectora d'animals sense ànim de lucre gestionada per persones voluntàries. Treballem amb cases d'acollida i ens finançem amb fons privats, sense dependre d'administracions públiques. De l'Escala, desde 2014, actua per tota la zona de l'Alt Empordà i comarques gironines. Gaia Sanctuary Foundation is a vegan rescue and recovery center for animals considered as farm, where those who have been exploited, mistreated or abandoned, receive the necessary care to have a decent life for the rest of their lives.
