La Mar de Gatos is a non profit organisation. Our main objectives are to help feral cats by applying TNR, (trap, neuter, return) maintaining sanitary controls and to feed them healthily. We also aim to educate people about feral cats and disolve the many myths surrounding them as well as campaining against the abandonment of cats in general.

La Vega Cats is a cat sanctuary located in the south of Madrid where more than 100 cats live, most of them rescued from the Madrid Barajas airport that, due to various circumstances or their health, have never been adopted. In La Vega they receive the necessary care so that they have a decent life for the rest of their lives.

Somos un grupo de voluntarios volcados con las comunidades felinas de gatos silvestres, actuamos fundamentalmente en el Norte de Madrid. Nuestra filosofía de trabajo se basa en la aplicación del Protocolo CES (capturar-Esterilizar-Soltar) como método de gestión de colonias de gatos libres. Así mismo, buscamos adopción y/o casa de acogida a los pequeñajos ocasos especiales (abandonos, gatos extremadamente sociables, enfermos, etc). ¡Con sólo 1€ al mes nos ayudas a ayudarles!

We have grouped together to be able to continue sterilizing in CAÑADA REAL, to be able to give the kittens a better life. We have 14 feeding points and more than 400 cats in our care. Help us. Esta asociación fue fundada en el año 2007 y registrada oficialmente a finales del 2008. Recibe el nombre de un gran pintor murciano, ya fallecido, pero que durante toda su vida profesó un profundo amor y respeto por los animales. Gracias a grandes dosis de ilusión y esfuerzo, se logró adecuar un solar que nos prestaron para poder atender convenientemente a los animales que necesitaran un techo, aunque estamos muy lejos de alcanzar esa comodidad ideal.
