Tierschutzbrücke München e.V. supports the Casa Cainelui animal shelter in the city of Timisoara in Romania. Approx. 300 dogs have to be constantly looked after there. In the animal shelter, however, they are already safe from the urban dog catchers and the killing stations. The regular castration projects on site also require a lot of commitment. Since 2015, Sigi has been running a private cat shelter on the Mediterranean island of Malta. Currently, she has about 50 cats in her care, most of which are abandoned domestic cats, some of them sick or handicapped and unable to cope with life on the streets. Every month, Sigi has to pay her landlord €400 in rent, plus €40 for electricity and water. To ensure that the rent payments are guaranteed in the long run, we are urgently looking for supporters.

All of these dogs require feeding, neutering, vaccination, and medical care. In addition, we conduct neutering campaigns to curb this suffering in the long term. Animal welfare goes beyond national borders. Every animal deserves a chance at a dignified life. The association operates a shelter in Tunari, Romania. A maximum of 140 dogs can currently be taken in and cared for there. We take care of dogs that have had an accident or are in need, and we constantly rescue animals from the so-called killing-shelters. In addition, we support and organize castration campaigns and maintain a Germany-wide network of around 100 foster homes.

Savethedogsbih è un'organizzazione senza scopo di lucro con sede in Bosnia. Ci occupiamo di salvare cani abbandonati, maltrattati e tenuti incatenati. Da oltre 6 anni, il fondatore Bruno Jelovic e il suo team si prendono cura di oltre 1000 cani. I nostri cani non vengono tenuti in canili, ma vivono nei nostri ranch, dove possono semplicemente essere cani. Siamo determinati a crescere e abbiamo in programma di costruire altri ranch per accogliere un numero maggiore di cani.
