Petite Curieuse - circulair kids label

Petite Curieuse is a circulair kids label. We make children’s clothing out of old stock and secondhand clothing- all from donations. Our clothing and accessories are all made by refugees who live in the local asylum center. With our project we want to dress the next generation in sustainable, slow fashion. All the pieces are sold in local shops and on our webshop for fair prices. Petite curieuse stands for social engagement, sustainability, zero-waste, circulair economy and fairtrade!

We started our project 3 months ago. In the meantime we have partnered up with the local asylum center where our clothes are made. We work together with 3 tailors who have a lifetime of experience in making clothes. They are very happy to help us with the project. At the moment they are living in the center and are waiting on the result of their procedure. They can put their talent and time to good use whilest taking the first steps towards integration. We try to involve them in as many ways as possible in the project.

Since a few days we have our first local secondhand store which will sell our clothing and accessories.
We are thrilled about this ✨
