Paws In Our Hearts is a rescue for dogs in Bosnia run by one woman, Samira Gagula, who saves dogs from kill shelters or the streets. She is currently looking after 78 dogs and we struggle to raise enough money every month for food, let alone for vaccines, straw for bedding, vets bills etc. Please help us to help these abused and terrified dogs who are unlikely to ever have a warm loving home of their own.
Every month we struggle to raise the €630 needed for food. The dogs were saved recently due to an Animal Webaction campaign, but if we could raise enough to cover the monthly food costs, that would be a massive relief.

Samira recently rescued 3 puppies from the street, whose mother had been killed. They were at risk of being killed themselves by hunters or wolves and she couldn't just leave them. We have had further successful Animal Webaction appeals, which has helped feed all the dogs at sanctuary. Thank you for your support. The photo is of the 3 pups saved.
