At the Josep Carreras Foundation we have been working for more than 30 years to make leukaemia a 100% curable disease, to find 100% compatible donors for everyone, and to make displaced patients feel at home. Espai de Gats és el primer cat cafè, centre d'adopcions i escola de Barcelona. Aquí et podràs relaxar en companyia dels nostres gats, mentre gaudeixes d'una tassa de cafè o te i d'un dolç vegà, i, si t'enamores d'un ell, el podràs adoptar. Aquest projecte sense ànim de lucre és sostenible gràcies a persones com tú que s'estimen els gats, o bé tenen curiositat per aquests petits felins. Destinem les aportacions dels teamers íntegrament al manteniment dels gats de l'Espai de Gats.

The APRODEGA Association is in charge of caring for, feeding, controlling and sterilizing the cats of the Vilassar de Dalt street colonies and the municipal cat litter that we manage. Nuestro trabajo consiste en dar una oportunidad a todos aquellos gatos sociables que alguna vez alguien se deshizo de ellos. Llegan a nuestra "Casa Refugio" para curarse de sus heridas, de las que se ven, y de las que no. Para posteriormente poder darles una nueva oportunidad en un hogar responsable. Por otro lado, también trabajamos implantando el Protocolo CER, poco a poco vamos esterilizando y controlando las colonias, así como formando alimentadores para su correcta gestión. Nos ayudas?

Allí viven en libertad, cuentan con casas-refugio y reciben atención veterinaria si la necesitan. Contamos con un programa de esterilizaciones para mantener un número estable.
