A small, non-profit sanctuary for greyhounds who have left the industry. The dogs live in home like surroundings and much focus is put on socialisation and teaching them how to become pet greyhounds. We depend entirely on donations to keep us going.

For more than 30 years, Scooby has been providing shelter to abandoned and mistreated animals. In the 90's we brought to light the atrocities inflicted on galgos (Spanish greyhounds). At present, we are the biggest shelter in Spain, currently homing more than 1000 dogs and cats and 200 farm animals. Our resources are very limited and we depend mainly on the donations. Scooby cuenta con un Santuario donde residen de manera permanente unos 200 animales de granja, todos ellos rescatados del maltrato y del abuso. Caballos, burros, ovejas, cabras, cerdos y aves (entre otros) permanecerán con nosotros hasta el final de sus días recibiendo todos los cuidados necesarios para que sean felices y lleven la vida digna que se merecen. A group of dedicated supporters of the hounds under the care of The Celia Cross Greyhound Trust. Sun Valley is a magical place where miracles happen. We heal not only the physical, but the mental wounds that many of our dogs arrive with. Life at Sun Valley is only the beginning of hopefully a new wonderful journey.
