L'Association Ecrivains pour le Sahara-Bubisher travaille depuis 2008 dans les camps de réfugiés sahraouis (Tindouf-Algérie). Notre tâche est centrée sur la création et l'implémentation de Bibliothèques et Bibliobus pour rapprocher les livres de la population vivant dans les camps de Smara, Ausserd, Boujdour et bientôt Dakhla.
