Creamos espacios donde acompañar a las personas con discapacidad y a sus familias en sus procesos vitales. Gestionamos un Centro de Día, tenemos los servicios de atención a familias y de Empleo con Apoyo. Queremos seguir creciendo, para poder aportar a cada persona los apoyos que necesite para crear y trabajar en su propio proyecto de vida.
Many people with intellectual disabilities still face enormous barriers to enjoying something as basic as going out, participating, making friends, or enjoying their free time. At Nueva Fundación Los Albares, we work to ensure they can have experiences, build connections, participate in the community, and enjoy real, inclusive leisure activities adapted to their needs.
