An educational and artistic initiative for social inclusion. Xamfrà is a social and educational project that uses music and the performing arts to promote social inclusion in a very multicultural community. We work with people in vulnerable situations and at risk of social exclusion. Currently, 300 children and young people from 24 different countries are participating in our activities. At the Josep Carreras Foundation we have been working for more than 30 years to make leukaemia a 100% curable disease, to find 100% compatible donors for everyone, and to make displaced patients feel at home. With over twenty years of experience, we work to make room for laughter and humor during the illness process, thus transforming hospitals into more welcoming and vibrant spaces. Thanks to your help, with humor, we can unlock fears and distress, improving the experience of illness and contributing to the emotional well-being of patients.

Seit 2008 haben wir bei der Miranda Foundation 80 Pferde gerettet, die in schwierigen Situationen, Misshandlung, Isolation und Vernachlässigung lebten, und ihnen ein Leben in Freiheit ermöglicht. Damit wir unserem Zweck weiterhin nachkommen können, benötigen wir finanzielle Mittel. Die Dürresituation zwingt uns heute mehr denn je dazu, die Fütterung der Pferde zu ergänzen und verbraucht unsere Ressourcen. We provide care and guidance to people living on the streets of Barcelona. We guide them towards a more autonomous life, covering their basic needs, providing social care and guaranteeing accommodation for those in the most vulnerable situations.
