We are a charity that looks after suffering animals in greece.we are currently feeding approximately 3000 dogs who live in shelters ( thessaloniki komotoni koani,giannitsa) where the animals are cared for with food and medical attention and where the dogs are also spayed and neutered whenever possible.Due to the sheer numbers of dogs in need we also rely heavily on foster places which we also have to pay for.for all this and more we are in desperate need of help!

The association Kitmir Tierhilfe Demirtas e.V. was founded in 2012 and helps stray animals in Turkey. We take care of neutering, look after feeding stations, provide medical care and offer a home to stray animals when they cannot survive alone on the street. In our shelter we currently accommodate between 40-50 dogs and 15-20 cats.

This village had to be cleared a few years ago for coal mining. The people were resettled, unfortunately, for me and my buddies probably no room in the new home of our people. WE WERE ROAD DOGS !!! We need a shelter (resettlement), fences need to be set, regular veterinary care and of course food needs to be funded. In addition, it can not be foreseen whether all of us can ever be contacted. Seit Jahren ist Carmen im Tierschutz tätig. Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Ursachenbekämpfung der miserablen Situation der Tiere in Spanien. Immer mehr kam sie zu der Überzeugung, dass es nicht ausreicht, sich vom Ausland aus zu engagieren. So packte sie Anfang 2014 ihr gesamtes Hab & Gut und wanderte nach Sevilla, Spanien aus, um vor Ort ein eigenes Tierheim, Asociación Parenas ES, zu eröffnen. Sobald die Anzahl an Streuner ansteigt und die Touristen Saison beginnt werden die vielen vielen Straßentiere einfach von der Polizei und auch von einigen Einwohnern erschossen oder vergiftet. Wir beherbergen ca 300 Tiere, nur ca 30 von ihnen haben einen Paten der die Kosten für Futter und Verpflegung auffängt.Dieses Projekt ist durch die fehlende Unterstützung sehr im Wanken.Wir möchten nicht schließen-die Tiere brauchen uns!Bei uns wohnen viele Tiere mit Behinderungen, bis hin zu querschnittsgelähmten Tieren und einige Rettungen sind schwere Notfälle die dringend medizinisch versorgt werden müssen und einen geschützten Raum benötigen. Animal welfare goes beyond national borders. Every animal deserves a chance at a dignified life. The association operates a shelter in Tunari, Romania. A maximum of 140 dogs can currently be taken in and cared for there. We take care of dogs that have had an accident or are in need, and we constantly rescue animals from the so-called killing-shelters. In addition, we support and organize castration campaigns and maintain a Germany-wide network of around 100 foster homes.

The Gouves Animal Shelter, is a non-profit, donation only charity. We have saved 1000's of animals. We only survive with donations, we tend to rely in the summer on tourism, but coronavirus has made this difficult. Now we are being evicted from our land and need to raise money to move our shelter with around 160 dogs and 80 cats. We are trying to make the impossible, possible.
