We help and keep safe around 150 animals (dogs and cats), whom were victims of abandonment and/or abuse. We provide them with shelter, food, veterinary care and lots, lots of love; we are their temporary family and home. "La casa de Mau" is the home-sanctuary of Gaticos y Perretes Murcia (G30889893). In 2013, we had a large number of foster cats and dogs that had become invisible to adopters, while a multitude of emergencies continued to arrive; For them, we say move and transform this old house into a humble sanctuary where they could be happy forever. Grandparents, sick, injured, afraid... Here, we offer them all the care and affection of a home for the rest of their lives.

Bruni, Soraya, Escaramouche y Elsa tienen bigote, mirada mística y conviven juntos entre la vegetación del jardín Botánico de la Universidad de Valencia. Son sólo cuatro del medio centenar de felinos que han convertido cada rincón del centro en su casa. Su supervivencia depende de forma directa del grupo de voluntarios Gatos del Jardín Botánico, una iniciativa privada que nació en 1995 con el fin de cuidar a la colonia que habita el lugar de forma habitual y buscar una casa para cada uno de ello
