Sosgolden is a non-profit association created in 2007 with the sole purpose of helping and defending those who have no voice, our animals. We are a shelter dedicated to rescuing Golden and Labrador Retrievers in particular, but we welcome any dog that needs to be rescued. We have a group of wonderful volunteers and caregivers who look for families for our "stars" and with your help we can heal them and prepare them to be sponsored or adopted.

For more than 30 years, Scooby has been providing shelter to abandoned and mistreated animals. In the 90's we brought to light the atrocities inflicted on galgos (Spanish greyhounds). At present, we are the biggest shelter in Spain, currently homing more than 1000 dogs and cats and 200 farm animals. Our resources are very limited and we depend mainly on the donations. Adopta en los abedules, it is a non-profit association, we rescue animals in situation or risk of abandonment in Cantabria, kennels or their owners no longer want them. We rescue dogs of all kinds and many dogs that are not used for hunting such as setters, taps, pointers, etc. Thank you for helping us to cover the cost of food, residence to house our rescued, veterinary expenses, and the costs of taking dogs out of the kennels.
