Varna’s Samtpfoten is an registered association, which has made it its mission to help the animals on the streets of Varna in Bulgaria. We try to save the cats and dogs from further suffering and give them a suitable home - and all this on a voluntary basis.

Unzählige Streuener leben in Rumänien doch anstatt eine tierfreundliche Lösung zu finden, wurde das Problem auf die radikalste Art gelöst - Exekution. Nur 14 Tage dürfen die Vierbeiner laut einem Gesetzesbeschluss noch im Tierheim bleiben, danach werden diese ohne weitere Begründung eingeschläfert. Mihaela Reiter hat den eingetragenen Verein 2018 gegründet und kümmert sich um über 300 gerettete Hunde,die aus dem Public Shelter Mangalia stammen und vermittelt sie in ein liebevolles Zuhause

We are like a open Shelter and Pension for Strays here in Germany. Over 100 Dogs are in our Care and live with us. When they are healthy, some of them get a new Home and we search beste Hands. Old Dogs and sick dogs stay with us forever here. We are happy for all support we get, cause its ever a lot to do and to pay. New Buildings, Veterinary, Food...all we have monthly. We live in Saxony (Germany) and do this so many Years.
