Mil Chat Lor is an animal welfare association located in France, in Vosges. Its main aim is to financially help people neuter their cats. We take care of the neutering and spaying of Wild cats to avoid feline overpopulation, diseases transmission and animal misery. We have had a few foster care who have looked after kittens, they are identified, vaccinated and sterilized. Thanks for your donation
