Savethedogsbih is a non-profit organization in Bosnia. We rescue dogs that have been abandoned, abused and chained up. For over 6 years, the founder Bruno Jelovic and his team have been caring for over 1000 dogs. Our dogs are not kept in kennels, but live on our ranches where they can just be dogs. We are committed to growing and plan to build more ranches to accommodate more dogs.

Animal welfare goes beyond national borders. Every animal deserves a chance at a dignified life. The association operates a shelter in Tunari, Romania. A maximum of 140 dogs can currently be taken in and cared for there. We take care of dogs that have had an accident or are in need, and we constantly rescue animals from the so-called killing-shelters. In addition, we support and organize castration campaigns and maintain a Germany-wide network of around 100 foster homes.

Sur Teaming, plus de 430 000 personnes changent des vies avec 1 € par mois. Depuis plus de 10 ans, nous aidons toutes sortes de causes sociales à obtenir une aide financière totalement gratuite et constante. Galgos Rescue Almeria (GRA) is een kleine shelter die zich vooral bekommerd om het lot van galgos en podencos.Deze rassen worden door de Spaanse overheid totaal niet beschermd daar ze gebruikt, zeg maar gerust misbruikt, worden voor de jacht en eigenlijk aanzien worden als een werktuig.Uiteraard sluiten we de ogen niet voor andere rassen/dieren in nood, en zetten wij ook voor hen ons hart en deuren open.

Nous sauvons des galgos, des podencos et d'anciens chiens de ferme qui ne sont pas couverts par la loi espagnole sur la protection animale. Dans notre havre de paix à Majorque, ces âmes découvrent enfin la vie et l'amour. Ils reçoivent des soins médicaux et un accompagnement spirituel. Les chiens ont besoin de nous et de vous. Tierschützer und Tierschutzvereine aus unserem NOTFALLTOPF - die SCHNELLE Hilfe bei akuten Notfe/ällen, der Parasitenschutz und das Impfen liegen uns besonders am Herzen. 1 € kann schon 1 kg Trockenfutter für 1 Hund sein 6x1€ sind bereits 1 Spoton für 1 Hund/Katze und schützt vor Plagegeisternn Euro, der hier zusammenkommt. Transparenz und Ehrlichkeit im Umgang mit Spendengeldern sind uns sehr wichtig.

Our volunteer team, in Germany and some animal rights activists in Bulgaria and Romania, has wholeheartedly dedicated itself to the rescue of distressed cats and dogs. Of course we are also active in Germany. Our most important tasks include mediation, castration of stray animals, advice and education on the welfare of cats and dogs as well as the collection of food, non-cash and donated money.

As per Guinnes Book of World Rekords the Smeura is bearing the mournful title of being the biggest animal shelter of the world. Around 5400 dogs and 600 puppies need around 2.7 tonnes food per day. The staff members are doing an inconceivable job - organizationally, physically and emotionally. Driving around with a castration van and pushing the clearing up of the locals. Every euro is needed.
