Did you know that 5,000 people get sick with leukaemia each year in Spain, which is the most common childhood cancer, and that despite the progress made, we still lose one in four minors and half of adults? At the Josep Carreras Foundation we have been working for more than 30 years to make leukaemia a 100% curable disease, to find 100% compatible donors for everyone, and to make displaced patients feel at home. With your help, we are unstoppable.

Since its foundation in 1992, the association has been working for animals in need on the Canary Island of Tenerife. In order to be able to help in a targeted manner, Ute and Elmar Lobüscher founded the association Arche Noah Tenerife e.V. in 1992 and began building the animal shelter to create a refuge for the many suffering animals, a Noah's Ark. Many dogs and cats find shelter and a home here.

We have the vision of a social entity whose bastion are people at risk of social exclusion, paying special attention to children, the elderly who live alone and women in situations of vulnerability or gender violence.

Galgos 112 es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro que se dedica al rescate y recuperación de galgos y podencos. Una vez rescatados los perros reciben el tratamiento veterinario necesario en cada caso y ya recuperados se entregan en adopción como animales de compañía. Galgos 112 no recibe subvenciones de ningún tipo. El 30% de los galgos y podencos rescatados por Galgos 112 llegan a la asociación en un estado crítico que requiere tratamientos especiales de larga duración y coste elevado.

This is a sanctuary to help abused & abandoned horses and other species. Live 64 equines and other animals in the sanctuary. The approximate cost per horse per month is 120 euros if they are in good health; if there are not, the amount can go up to a few hundreds of euros and even thousands. MVI is a NGO, aiming to provide free and worthy medical care for refugees and vulnerable people, who can not access other services. In Athens, Thessaloniki and on Lesvos we are working in international volunteer teams of medics, supported by interpreters from the refugee community, to fulfil this mission. Uno degli ospedali più economici del paese. La popolazione soffre di grave malnutrizione, disidratazione, malaria, tubercolosi, AIDS, polmonite, meningite e i bambini sono la popolazione più vulnerabile e colpita.

Daniela Knezevic and Nadine Bartel lead the Kitten Safe House. They usually take on injured street cats, kitten thrown into the trash or abandoned cats. Try to look after them well and give them in good hands. They also look after feeding sites and catches the cats for castration. There are at least 60 cats in her house, all of whom need food, medicines, cat litter and medical care. This all costs money, you can help us to support Daniela and her crew!

Since the beginning of the conflict, we created this group to help Ukrainian people who were affected by the war. Now, through the Red Cross, we support people who were forced to flee and have arrived in Spain. But also to those who stayed in the country by sending humanitarian aid and social assistance on the ground through the same entity.

Nell’ospedale Sant Joan de Déu a Barcellona abbiamo lanciato una sfida: creare un centro specializzato per curare il cancro infantile. L’obiettivo è incrementare le cure e offrire un percorso completo e personalizzato, che non discrimini per motivi economici. Il centro ospiterà 400 bambini ogni anno e avrà a disposizione 40 stanze, 8 stanze di isolamento, 30 stanze per diagnostica e 20 consulenze esterne. Il centro è in fase di costruzione, abbiamo bisogno di voi per portare a termine la sfida!

Das Anna-Forcke-Stift in Barsinghausen ist ein denkmalgeschütztes Haus, das in den Jahren 2020 bis 2023 saniert und umgebaut wird. Nach Fertigstellung wird es als stationäres Hospiz mit zunächst 10 Plätzen genutzt, in dem Menschen mit einer stark begrenzten Lebenserwartung ihre letzten Lebenstage ganzheitlich versorgt und seelsorgerlich begleitet verbringen können. Das Haus steht seit 25 Jahren leer und wir wollen es wieder zum Leben erwecken und benötigen dazu jede Hilfe.

La Fondazione Ana Bella è una rete di donne sopravvissute che aiutano 2000 donne maltrattate all'anno a rompere il silenzio e iniziare una nuova vita con un lavoro decente. Per noi un euro mensile è il miracolo che ci ha portato ad ospitare la prima donna nella casa di Ana Bella dieci anni fa, ad avere una rete di 8 case di accoglienza in cui ospitiamo ogni anno 20 donne che sono state maltrattate per iniziare ad essere felice con i loro figli.
