La diabetes y la epilepsia son enfermedades crónicas que requieren mucha constancia. El descanso nocturno y algunas actividades cotidianas se ven afectados por el miedo a que se produzca una situación complicada sin que nos demos cuenta. Fundación CANEM adiestra perros de alerta médica para avisar con antelación de las subidas y bajadas de glucosa (diabetes) y crisis de desconexión sensorial (epilepsia). Aportan tiempo y tranquilidad a sus familias.
