María Colibrí has created the Colibrí Living Space in Castellón, ES, a place in the mountains where we learn to live in harmony with ourselves, with others, and with Nature. We live with a beautiful family of animals, many of them rescued from the streets and farms. We ask for help with their food and care, the necessary infrastructure to protect them (fences, kennels, etc.), water for our gardens and trees, and to create more spaces to share with volunteers and visitors, etc.

At this time, in addition to caring for and feeding a family of cats, some of them with expensive, special and pioneering medications totally natural (vironal and citosan energy universe ... after trying everything is the only one that is working), attending to a lot of kittens that have come this spring with their daily care of eye and respiratory viruses, sterilizations, in addition to feeding the sheep and chickens, ... WITH THE HEAT, IT IS ESSENTIAL FOR US TO GET WATER so that ALL THE PLANTATION OF TREES, PLANTS AND ORGANIC GARDENS, which is another of OUR LEGACIES of BIODIVERSITY AND FOOD SOVEREIGNTY, CAN SURVIVE AND CONTINUE TO GROW. We've run out of rainwater, and last year, with a €350 loan, we bought a 16,000 m2 pool so we could fill it with water tanks. It cost us €100 and lasts about 15 days. Now, water is our biggest need.
