Our group contributes to the fight against cancer by identifying strategies to increase the efficacy of available drugs. Our main line currently focuses on the potential of silibinin, a natural substance present in the seeds of the milk thistle, for the treatment of cancer. Help us to continue advancing in this line of innovative research and that is obtaining very encouraging results.

Anita tenía 2 años cuando le diagnosticaron cáncer. Desgraciadamente no pudo superarlo, luchó con todas sus furzas durante casi 4 años, pero la falta de investigaciones sobre su tumor y por tanto de tratamientos efectivos para curarla se la llevaron para siempre. Necesitamos abrir investigaciones específicas para los niños, es la única manera de curarlos. I'm Martin, they call me Tintin, I'm 2 years old. I was born with some malformations and one of them was a cleft lip, for which they operated on me when I was 3 months old. They had given my parents full assurance that it would be a simple operation, but something went wrong and I ended up in the Ucip with mechanical ventilation and deep sedation, and one day, they accidentally extubate me and I went into cardiorespiratory arrest for 15 min, and because of that accident I have cerebral palsy.

Ayuda a gatos callejeros y otros animales.

More than 70 cats that have been rescued from the streets live in the Feline Forest, with many spaces to run and play, trees to climb, as well as in home beds and shelters. We have buildt and fenced facilities especially for them, but this project does not receive any funds from the goverment, only particular donations, and that is why we need your help to continue to care for them. We need volunteers also to visit us!
