Refugio Romeo & Company is a family-run rescue in Gran Canaria where more than 70 cats, rescued dogs, and other animals live free, without cages and far from suffering. Here there are no isolated or confined animals, only real second chances. We work in direct collaboration with Asociación de Defensa Felina y Otros Animales de Vecindario (Adefeve), which manages this group’s funds, ensuring transparency and continuity in saving lives.

This group was brought about to help the food banks. The idea is simple: if you join us, for each euro donated each month, the Occident Foundation will donate another to buy food, up to a maximum of 100.000 euros.
