Seit über 14 Jahren kümmern wir uns nun um ungewollte, entsorgte, kranke & alte Hunde & Katzen auf der Kreta. Viele unserer Tiere sind unvermittelbar aufgrund von Erkrankungen oder Verhaltensstörungen. Somit gibt es keine Chance auf ein Zuhause für sie. Sie benötigen häufig Tierarztbesuche, Medikamente, Blutbilder, OPs, Spezialfutter, Windeln und Inkontinenzunterlagen. Da wir ein sehr kleiner Verein sind, sind wir auf Spenden dringend angewiesen, um die immensen Kosten überhaupt zu stemmen.

The Souda Shelter Project is a community whose goal is to maintain and rehome 250 plus dogs which have been abandoned. The shelter is in the Souda area of Chania, Crete. The SSP is a non profit organization. This German association supports the Souda Shelter Project without exception from the very beginning.

We support 2 projects , in the cities of Chuguev, Kherson . It is important for us to carry out active animal protection in our own country, our priorities are neutering whether of roads – animals as well as of animals of private persons. Raising awareness to give the animals a voice. We build quarantine & infirmary, animal welfare is just as important to us as humanitarian aid, because this is the only way it can work, “NOT ONE, BUT TONE”

Der Verein Pfotenhilfe Handicap- und Straßentiere e.V. unterstützt im Schwerpunkt Handicap,Tiere im In-und Ausland, die ohne Hilfe durch ihre Beeinträchtigung keine Chance hätten. Ein Handicap kann durch einen Unfall oder Misshandlungen entstehen. Aber ist auch oft angeboren oder die Folge einer Krankheit. Diese Tiere benötigen unsere Hilfe!!

I started Maria’s Cathouse to help the many stray cats around Chania on the Greek island of Crete. Most cats I take in have health issues (often complex) or disabilities. Some will have a home with me for life. There are over 130 cats at the shelter and I run and maintain it by myself and it is a huge struggle to fund their care. Every day I see sick, injured and starving cats and kittens living on the street. With your help I can treat, neuter and feed them. Thank you so much

With Heart and Soul for Cats in Need on Crete! Since the end of 2021, Mary and her husband have dedicated themselves on Crete to injured, sick, and motherless street cats, including many with disabilities. Currently, over 80 cats live with them at home, and they also feed several colonies. These animals are lovingly nursed back to health and are looking for a permanent home. Alyssa and Theresa share their stories and collect donations for medical care, spaying/neutering, and food.
