With more than 220 volunteers, we are dedicated to the defense of the marine environment, studies on the sea, its life and especially cetaceans. We do environmental education and we have one school sailboat for our activities, the Misty witch of 9.85 meters. We offset our carbon footprint through reforestation. LaRata ( Reunión Almeriense de Tutela Animal) Somos una pequeña asociación, intentamos ayudar al mayor número posible de animales con nuestros pocos medios, que siempre son insuficientes. No tenemos ayudas públicas y siempre hay a nuestro alrededor más animales necesitados de los que podemos atender.Por eso pedimos la ayuda económica de quienes son sensibles al maltrato animal, y les duele tanto como a nosotros ver morir a un animal de mala manera en la calle. Necesitamos crear un fondo para sus gastos veterinarios y todos los cuidados que necesiten para estar felices y sanos por las calles de este precioso y pequeño pueblo de la Alpujarra Almeriense.
