Camelia lives in a very old building 75km from Bucharest, in a small village. She takes care of around 40 cats and 30 dogs on a daily basis. She also feeds the twenty or so stray dogs in the hamlet. However, food, veterinary care and equipment are sorely lacking throughout the year. The climatic conditions are also difficult. It is occasionally helped by French-speaking associations but this remains largely insufficient !
