APANOT nace del amor que Karmen y algunos voluntarios sienten por los animales. Este es el principal y único motivo por el que decidieron dedicar su vida a los perros y gatos que se encuentran desamparados o que son víctimas de seres irracionales. Su labor y dedicación no es tarea fácil, diariamente cuidan y protegen a unos 85 perros y 30 gatos que conviven, sin ningún tipo de lujos, en el refugio que muy humildemente construyeron en Icod de los Vinos.

We are a small association in Tenerife that wants to do great things. We rescue kittens from the street in danger and take care of their care, feeding and adoption. We don´t receive any help or have shelter. We need volunteers to help us. ❤Thanks to your help we will be able to save many lives❤

We are a fully registered, NGO non-government funded charity founded in 2018. Our aim is to offer homes to all equines who need a second chance. Horses are our main focus, but we didn’t stop here. Our animal sanctuary has a huge array of abandoned animals, all rescued from the island. For example, dogs and cats, birds, ducks, guinea pigs, goats, pigs, tortoises, hamsters and more.

The Refuge was born to help and protect the animals they need and that deserve a second chance, on the island of Gran Canaria, a paradisiacal place for humans, a hell for the souls. The Refuge does not have isolated and locked up animals. Here everyone is far from suffering, free and in harmony, coming to form a single and great family. Our stories, our struggle and total daily effort, need the support of people who specifically want to save lives.

Somos una asociación sin ánimo de lucro, registrada en el Gobierno de Canarias con fecha 10/06/2019. Ayudamos a animales abandonados, en su mayoría gatos. Surge con el rescate de tres gatitos bebés, abandonados a su suerte en la calle, dentro de una caja. No disponemos de albergue, trabajamos con casas de acogida y no recibimos subvenciones. Nos encargamos de llevarlos al veterinario, alimentarlos y buscarles una buena familia. Nuestros medios son a través de donativos, eventos,etc. Anímate.
