El Jardinet dels Gats es un espacio emblemático de la ciudad de Barcelona. Un espacio idílico donde iniciamos nuestro proyecto a mediados del año 2005. La entidad como tal se constituyó en enero de 2008 de la mano de voluntarios que cuidaban gatos de la calle y que se reubicaron en la colonia protegida del mismo nombre. Actualmente el proyecto de El Jardinet del Gats va más allá, gestionando otras colonias y siendo un referente en el movimiento de protección de animales en la Ciudad Condal.

Alba is an inteligent funny and amusing girl. Although we well could say “was”, as a terrible tragic accident happened on fateful march 21st 2016. A relative, who was in a shock due to an epileptic attack, let Alba fall from a third floor. Alba saved her life, but a strong brain damage remains on her. Now, we have a long neurorehabilitation process left ahead to see how much she can recover and become herself again a bit. Help us!

I'm Martin, they call me Tintin, I'm 4 years old. I was born with some malformations and one of them was a cleft lip, for which they operated on me when I was 3 months old. They had given my parents full assurance that it would be a simple operation, but something went wrong and I ended up in the Ucip with mechanical ventilation and deep sedation, and one day, they accidentally extubate me and I went into cardiorespiratory arrest for 15 min, and because of that accident I have cerebral palsy.

Carolina, Daniel y Hugo son tres hermanos diagnosticados de Ataxia de Friedreich hace 5 años. Es una enfermedad neurodegenerativa, sin cura, que ataca al sistema nervioso, provocando debilidad muscular, faltas de coordinación y de equilibrio, diabetes, cardiopatía, disartria, disfagia y todo ello irá en aumento puesto que actúa de manera progresiva,hasta convertirlos en grandes dependientes. Razón por la cual debemos cubrir sus terapias y apoyar los proyectos de investigación. Nos ayudas?

Ainara nació el 21 de noviembre de 2015, a las 10:03h. Pesó 1,030kg. Estuvo a punto de morir 2 veces y tuvo que pasar sus primeros 5 meses de vida en el hospital. Ainara tiene atrofia cerebral, epilepsia, hipotiroidismo, hipotonia (falta de tono muscular), su cuerpo no fabrica cortisol ni hormona del crecimiento y padece un retraso psicomotor severo. Ainara realiza fisioterapia en casa para intentar que consiga llegar lo más lejos posible pero necesita tu ayuda para continuar. ¿La ayudas?
