Dear friends, there is so much suffering with so many animals that it is impossible to help everyone and everywhere. So I thought about just collecting a little money and throwing it into a pot that I would like to call emergency funds. So maybe it is possible to support one or the other emergency. Since 2015, Sigi has been running a private cat shelter on the Mediterranean island of Malta. Currently, she has about 50 cats in her care, most of which are abandoned domestic cats, some of them sick or handicapped and unable to cope with life on the streets. Every month, Sigi has to pay her landlord €400 in rent, plus €40 for electricity and water. To ensure that the rent payments are guaranteed in the long run, we are urgently looking for supporters.
