La Sociedad Protectora de Animales de Yecla (SPANDY) es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro y legalmente constituida, que nace en la localidad de Yecla por iniciativa de un grupo de personas dispuestas a emprender una labor destinada a mejorar las condiciones de la población animal, así como a ejercer su protección, defensa y luchar contra el abandono y el maltrato que sufren los animales en nuestra sociedad

Our daily work is meant to improve the lives of the stray animals around us. For this we work on many sides, but our main objective is SPAY. We aim to build a center/clinic that will ensure the resources for ample spaying campaigns and patient admission, which will allow us to provide post-op care to our patients, and most importantly, allow us to continue our spaying campaigns even in the coldest months of the year.

Siamo due ragazze che privatamente si occupano di randagi sul territorio. Siamo due amanti degli animali e non riusciamo MAI a girarci dall'altra parte quando un animale è in difficoltà. In questo momento gestiamo due colonie feline. Il cibo non basta mai! Per questo ho pensato a questa soluzione. Potrebbe aiutarci e potremmo continuare ad aiutare gli animali bisognosi. We are volunteers for Canya Foundation, EX sos Los Barrios pound, where all dogs are treated equally, from the smallest to the largest. We have around 250 dogs that we have to feed and care for daily, and without your contributions, this would be impossible. Monthly expenses are very high, and every euro counts. We have always loved animals and have rescued them for years . Our home is in south of Spain and it’s filled with “ Imperfectly Perfect “ creatures . We have now dogs , cats , horses and donkeys . But we have had other kind of animals too . All are those who no one else wanted to help . Because there was something “ wrong “ with them . We are their last change to live .
