Help for Strays e.V. is a Germany-based non profit organisation which supports the private animal shelter "Riska" in Belgrade, Serbia. It is home to approx. 250 dogs and 30 cats. The shelter feeds the animals and provides medical care. It is financed through donations only. Ihr möchtet den Hunden in Valcea, Rumänien helfen, habt aber schon so viele Projekte, dass ihr nicht noch ein weiteres Projekt unterstützen könnt? Diese Aktion ist für alle die gerne helfen würden, selbst aber keinen Hund aufnehmen oder mit einer größeren Summe finanziell helfen können. Nach dem Motto: „Kleinvieh macht auch Mist“ geht es darum, möglichst viele Leute zu finden die bereit sind, einen Betrag von 1€ zu spenden.

Slavica ist eine Tierschützerin, die sich in Serbien für Straßentiere einsetzt und selbst viele Notfälle in ihrem Zuhause aufgenommen hat, die wegen gesundheitlicher Probleme hohe Tierarzt- und Futterkosten verursachen. Die Versorgung der Straßentiere erfolgt unter sehr schwierigen Bedingungen, damit nicht die Aufmerksamkeit der Hundefänger oder auch anderer Bewohner erregen wird, die für diese Tierschutzarbeit kein Verständnis haben. Wir möchten Slavica mit dieser Gruppe unterstützen. Danke!

We are a very small club with currently 10 members. Together with 7 volunteer Animal rights activists who provide food for street animals in the Özdere region and the surrounding area on a daily basis. We also try to help Suzan with the care of the street animals. In addition, we catch street animals almost every day to bring them to castration. In addition to food and neutering, we also provide medical care. There are currently 30 cats and 5 dogs living in our foster homes.

Chirita Oana takes care of street dogs and abandoned puppies. With a small group of supporters, she has established a dog shelter 30 km from Bucharest. Wir sind ein kleiner Verein in Deutschland, der in Aleksinac die Tierschützerin Dragana Penic unterstützt. In Serbien sind Tiere, besonders Hunde und Katzen nichts wert. Um die Tiere wird sich in der Regel nicht gekümmert. Gesundheit und Kastration interessiert keinen. Sind die Tiere alt, krank, verletzt oder gibt es unerwünschten Nachwuchs, werden die Tiere irgendwie entsorgt, wie man bei uns Müll entsorgt. Wir kümmern uns um die Tiere, kastrieren vor allem auch und brauche Hilfe.

Unzählige Streuener leben in Rumänien doch anstatt eine tierfreundliche Lösung zu finden, wurde das Problem auf die radikalste Art gelöst - Exekution. Nur 14 Tage dürfen die Vierbeiner laut einem Gesetzesbeschluss noch im Tierheim bleiben, danach werden diese ohne weitere Begründung eingeschläfert. Mihaela Reiter hat den eingetragenen Verein 2018 gegründet und kümmert sich um über 300 gerettete Hunde,die aus dem Public Shelter Mangalia stammen und vermittelt sie in ein liebevolles Zuhause

Susi Rothweiler unterstützt seit vielen Jahren ehrenamtlich Halter von Leishmaniose-Hunden und bietet individuelle Hilfe, Beratung und Unterstützung. Hier sammeln wir für den sogenannten "Notgroschentopf" - aus diesem Topf werden Hundehalter, die in finanzielle Not geraten, unterstützt. Wir freuen uns über jedes Mitglied, um die Behandlung der Leishpfötchen im Notfall zu gewährleisten.

Sanda Andrei is head of a shelter near Bukarest. Lovingly she cares for "her" dogs and cats and some groups of dogs that live on the streets. Whenever possible, she helps castrate and vaccinate some of these dogs. Between the organisation Pfote sucht Glück and Sanda a warm cooperation has been established. By becoming a teamer, your little money can make a huge impact: for example, 25 teamers can finance one castration per month and so help the animals in the long run.

We rescue abandoned, needy dogs and house them in private pensions. They are treated medically. Necessary operations or therapies are performed. We bear the entire costs of medical treatment, pension and food supply. Very traumatized dogs stay with us for a long time until they are ready for adoption. We take great care in looking for loving homes for adoptable dogs.

Liebe Tierfreunde, unser Verein (Traurige Hundeseelen e.V.) unterstützt eine bewundernswerte Tierschützerin in Serbien. Mirica Toma ist pensionierte Deutschlehrerin und betreut in Zaklopaca (Nähe Belgrad) derzeit ca. 100 Hunde und 90 Katzen - und das mit umgerechnet 400 € Rente. Sie teilt alles was sie besitzt mit den Hunden und arbeitet rund um die Uhr aufopferungsvoll für die Tiere. Alleine das Futter kostet im Monat über 1000 Euro, jeder Euro hilft uns. This group supports Stefan and Jutta, a German expat couple, in their work with the street animals in Porto Heli/Greece. They look after, care for and treat almost 50 straydogs every day. About 30 dogs live together with them on their property, the Ark. Anna is one lady all by herself who takes care of stray, abandoned, abused and hungry dogs in the streets of Ptolemaida (West Macedonia) by feeding, sterilizing, vet care and adoption as much as she can. She operates a community shelter with 80 dogs momentarily whithout electricity and running water available. She needs help, food and a new place. Please help

Sasha takes care of 750 unwanted dogs .. – this has never been his dream - but the dogs are there, waiting for food, waiting for help.. every day..again. The dogs are kept in packs, they run free for 8 hours per day, they eat, rest and play together. They are safe. Safe from the dangers of the street and humans. We help them with food and basic medication. We also run a sterilization program and try to improve care for the old and weaker dogs and abandoned pups.

Wir sind eine Gruppe von Tierschützern, die sich von Deutschland aus für das Tierheim Asyl Spas in Varazdin, Kroatien einsetzen. Spas ist mit über 400 Hunden das größte Tierheim Kroatiens. Keiner dieser Hunde würde ohne die aufopferungsvolle Arbeit des Teams um Gordano Lacko noch leben. Die Situation der Hunde ist mit den Verhältnissen in Deutschland nicht zu vergleichen. Umso wichtiger ist die Unterstützung durch Menschen wie Sie, die das Schicksal von Tieren nicht unberührt lässt.

In 2013 „Fellnasenhilfe Villa Asli“ was foundend by Birgit a. Günter Gruno. From there on they consecrate theirself with heartblood and love their rescued animals. Villa Asli adopts sick, abused and abandoned animals which could not survive outside the shelter. Unloved souls nobody wants. At the moment 111 animals live at the shelter.
