Asc. Pro-Derechos del Animal Campo de Gibraltar trägt mit großer Anstrengung das Tierheim in La Línea. Sie kämpfen weiter, um die Idee von Peter aufrechtzuerhalten, alle möglichen Tiere zu retten. Sie haben keine staatliche Hilfe und finanzieren sich durch Spenden und Adoptionen. Instandhaltung, Tierarzt, Medikamente und Arbeiter Kosten sind sehr hoch. Galgos 112 es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro que se dedica al rescate y recuperación de galgos y podencos. Una vez rescatados los perros reciben el tratamiento veterinario necesario en cada caso y ya recuperados se entregan en adopción como animales de compañía. Galgos 112 no recibe subvenciones de ningún tipo. El 30% de los galgos y podencos rescatados por Galgos 112 llegan a la asociación en un estado crítico que requiere tratamientos especiales de larga duración y coste elevado.

Bei Teaming arbeiten wir jeden Tag daran, dass Tausende von sozialen Zwecken ihre Träume wahr werden lassen können. Seit wir Teaming ins Leben gerufen haben, konnten wir gemeinsam mehr als 50 Millionen Euro. Wir sind eine Gruppe von Tierschützern, die sich von Deutschland aus für das Tierheim Asyl Spas in Varazdin, Kroatien einsetzen. Spas ist mit über 400 Hunden das größte Tierheim Kroatiens. Keiner dieser Hunde würde ohne die aufopferungsvolle Arbeit des Teams um Gordano Lacko noch leben. Die Situation der Hunde ist mit den Verhältnissen in Deutschland nicht zu vergleichen. Umso wichtiger ist die Unterstützung durch Menschen wie Sie, die das Schicksal von Tieren nicht unberührt lässt.

La Asociacion Protectora de Animales y Plantas de Zafra: El Refugio de Brown es una entidad sin ánimo de lucro orientada a la preservación de los derechos de los animales y plantas, promoviendo actividades y campañas de concienciación. Die Tierschutzbrücke München e.V. unterstützt das Tierheim Casa Cainelui in der Stadt Timisoara in Rumänien. Bis zu 300 Hunde können dort ständig versorgt werden. El Arca de Santi es una protectora de animales sin ánimo de lucro en el cual albergan más de 50 perros y unos 60 gatos, estos últimos se encuentran sobre todo en casas de acogida de voluntarias. GAB is an association that fights against the mistreatment and abandonment of the Ratonero Bodeguero Andaluz. This breed is used for hunting and when they are "no longer useful" they are abandoned. It is the same problem as with galgos and podencos, except that the bodegueros are not such a well known breed. The money raised goes directly to pay for the dogs' homes, which cost 100 euros per month per dog, plus countless veterinary expenses. Every euro counts to keep saving dogs.
