Group created to give a fast and effective first help to Bodegueros who are abandoned in the streets of Spain in extreme conditions or locked in local dog pounds risking to be euthanized. We rescue them, pay the dog pound’s fees, take them to the vet, pay for residence and transport and we look for foster homes and associations who can shelter them until they find a forever home.

Queremos ayudar a muchos más perros y no limitarnos y por ello queremos fomentar las adopciones de los avis cuya salud lo permita, así habrá sitio siempre para uno más, si la salud del avi no lo permite, se quedará con nosotros hasta que él quiera. Los Recuperadogs también buscarán hogar cuando termine su proceso de recuperación. Queremos que el proyecto crezca para ayudar más avis. Gracias sois el motor de éste camino!

GAB is an association that fights against the mistreatment and abandonment of the Ratonero Bodeguero Andaluz. This breed is used for hunting and when they are "no longer useful" they are abandoned. It is the same problem as with galgos and podencos, except that the bodegueros are not such a well known breed. The money raised goes directly to pay for the dogs' homes, which cost 100 euros per month per dog, plus countless veterinary expenses. Every euro counts to keep saving dogs.
