The El Pájaro Azul Foundation is an Asturian NGO that was born in Oviedo in 2009. Like you, we are aware that we live in a world of deep inequalities and we believe that between all and all it is possible to introduce changes.We open roads to hope by building bridges from Asturias to the African continent, especially in R.D. from Congo where we are working with street children, mentally ill, women and promoting education with schools and libraries.
