Es un generador de redes que facilita el flujo de un conocimiento flexible y sensible a través del arte, favoreciendo así la acción social; utilizando la música como herramienta primordial. Es una realidad que permite la creación de orquestas de cuerda frotada (violín, viola, chelo y contrabajo) totalmente gratuita, en barrios periféricos que históricamente han estado más desatendidos socioculturalmente
