Sandwiched between Ukraine and Romania, Moldova is the poorest country in Europe, due to this there is a very high number of abandoned or neglected children. Gavroche is a center which houses these children and provides them with their basic necessities. We are a group of volunteers performing several activities to foment imagination and creativity as well as increase their self-esteem such as excursions, break-dance lessons and general celebrations. With over twenty years of experience, we work to make room for laughter and humor during the illness process, thus transforming hospitals into more welcoming and vibrant spaces. Thanks to your help, with humor, we can unlock fears and distress, improving the experience of illness and contributing to the emotional well-being of patients.
