Hilario needs help to have liver surgery

Hilario Tocu is a Romanian person without resources. He has diabetes and liver fat. He feels tired and has severe pain. He needs surgery to be healthy and to be able to return to Germany to work to raise his five children. But in Romania, health It is not free and the operation is paid.
