Pfotenfreunde Varna is a bulgarian registered nonprofit organization founded by a group of volunteers. We are dedicated to rescue as many paw friends as possible from suffering on the streets. In our opinion the primary way to save so many lives is by means of prevention. We believe that reducing the overpopulation will lead to fewer animals subjected to cruelty and abuse. We are an all-volunteer group and we need your support. You can help saving lives by donating for neuter a homeless animal.

In Bulgarien, ein Land in dem der Tierschutz noch in den Kinderschuhen steckt, setzen wir uns für die Schwächsten der der Gesellschaft ein, den notleidenden Straßentieren. Ich bin eine Privatperson und habe mein leben den Tieren verschrieben. Ich habe sehr viele Katzen aus Tötungsstationen, von der Straße, auch alte Katzen , ebenso Pinkler die keine Chance mehr auf Vermittlung hatten, misshandelte und halt einfach alle die die niemand mehr wollte :(. Auch sieben Hasen habe ich aus dem Tierschutz bei mir aufgenommen. Alle Tiere bekommen bei mir ihr Gnadenbrot und werden von mir alleine neben meinem 50 Stunden Job bestmöglich versorgt :) Eure Seli

As per Guinnes Book of World Rekords the Smeura is bearing the mournful title of being the biggest animal shelter of the world. Around 5400 dogs and 600 puppies need around 2.7 tonnes food per day. The staff members are doing an inconceivable job - organizationally, physically and emotionally. Driving around with a castration van and pushing the clearing up of the locals. Every euro is needed. We support two animal shelters: SOS Adopta in Pechina/Almeria is run by Corinne Piaget and her husband Rafa. About 600 dogs and 150 cats live here. The clinic "Montana del Sol" in Viator belongs to our animal shelter. Since 2020 we also support the "Gogu Shelter Romania" in the southern part of Romania. Daniela and Nita house and care for about 400 animals there. The shelter is still under construction, it lacks many basic things. Give the animals a future with 1€!

A German association for strays: Katzenhilfe e.V. Pfotenschutz Bulgaria. Their lives are torturous, death terrible, and they reproduce very quickly. Approximately 350 animals are waiting for care and neutering. We are responsible for regulating the number and educating people! The smallest or disabled cats are waiting for placement. Our animals rely on EVERY euro and ask for support. The accounting department in Germany ensures that every € arrives.

Daniela Knezevic and Nadine Bartel lead the Kitten Safe House. They usually take on injured street cats, kitten thrown into the trash or abandoned cats. Try to look after them well and give them in good hands. They also look after feeding sites and catches the cats for castration. There are at least 60 cats in her house, all of whom need food, medicines, cat litter and medical care. This all costs money, you can help us to support Daniela and her crew!

Ein Zuhause für Tiere e.V. ist eine private Tierschutzinitiative von mir und meinem Mann. Wir teilen unser Haus mit 93 Katzen und 7 Hunden. Die meisten von ihnen sind chronisch krank oder behindert, andere wurden einfach entsorgt. Unser Projekt ist sozusagen ein Tierheim mit „Heimanschluss". Wir haben jeden Monat eine Tierarztrechnung von etwa 1.000€ und mehr zu begleichen. Mit einer Tierarztpatenschaft soll geholfen werden, die monatlichen Kosten für den Tierarzt zu begleichen.

Tea Cup Rescue is now a registered non governmental, non profit charity civil society under the name of HABITAT SANCTUARY NPCS . A green, in a rural setting, species compliant save haven for cats, some dogs, small farm animals and injured wild life. Almost all of our animals have been either abandoned or injured in the area of Athens, rescued by people like yourself. We provide the after care of the rescue. Savethedogsbih is a non-profit organization in Bosnia. We rescue dogs that have been abandoned, abused and chained up. For over 6 years, the founder Bruno Jelovic and his team have been caring for over 1000 dogs. Our dogs are not kept in kennels, but live on our ranches where they can just be dogs.
