Salvando Huellas Huesca is an association founded to help animals in Huesca and surrounding areas, to fight for them, for their rights, and above all to help and protect colony cats. We aim to care for injured and sick animals and to sterilize cats in colonies in Huesca and nearby towns, where their caregivers often have to hide to help innocent lives for fear of other people. Syria is at a crucial turning point in its recent history after the fall of the Al-Assad regime, with many challenges still ahead. 14 years of conflict have left 7 mill. people internally displaced and 16 mill. in need of humanitarian assistance. With increasing movements of Syrian refugee families returning to the country with minimal resources, a critical socio-economic situation and a winter that further complicates the situation, immediate assistance is urgently needed to protect them.
