AMIGAT es una asociación cántabra formada por voluntarios que rescata gatos callejeros, los acoge y cuida para entregar posteriormente en adopción. También esteriliza colonias callejeras con el programa CER (CAPTURA - ESTERILIZACIÓN - RETORNO) para paliar el problema de superpoblación felina que existe en Cantabria, donde cada día nacen muchos cachorros cuyo destino en la calle es morir envenenados, atropellados, enfermos, etc.

The approximate cost per horse per month is 120 euros if they are in good health; if there are not, the amount can go up to a few hundreds of euros and even thousands.
