UNITED WAY works for the common good by engaging ALL the members of a community. We identify local needs in 3 areas: Education, Health and Financial Security. We join Companies with NGOs, Public institutions and Private donors to develop corporate volunteering projects that respond to the needs detected. #LIVE UNITED
This educational project activates the creativity and innovative capacity of girls and boys so that, through the use of technology, they can respond to problems in their community. We want them to stop being passive consumers of technology and become CREATORS OF SOLUTIONS. Technology becomes a tool that helps them learn, grow as individuals, improve aspects of their daily life, their environment, and their city. We empower youth to be agents of change and creators of a better world.

Queridos Teamers,
queremos daros las gracias por habernos acompañados estos doce meses. Cada vez somos más sumando pequeños esfuerzos que permiten mantener este proyecto, ¡¡MUCHAS GRACIAS!!
Los 16 alumnos que están participando este año presentan una altísima probabilidad de abandono escolar, por lo que el trabajo de habilidades transversales durante el proyecto es fundamental para conseguir que se mantengan en el sistema educativo y tenga así mejores posibilidades laborales en el futuro.
Están ahora mismo en la fase de prototipado, definiendo sobre qué trabajarán, si es viable o no y con qué tecnología lo harán.
