Empowering young people for work, transforming lives – Magone Foundation

Vulnerable young people aged 16 to 25 who cannot continue their studies and want to prepare to enter the world of work or continue their training

Every year, many young people are left out of the education system and the labor market. These are talented youth, but with difficult life paths, little support, and few real opportunities. Through the Social Education Platforms (Cruïlla, Lleida, Martí-Codolar, and Mataró), we run pre-employment courses that help them regain confidence, acquire basic and professional skills, and build a realistic and dignified future project. With just €1 a month, you help make possible: - Personalized, guided support for each young person. - Basic training (language, mathematics, digital skills, labor rights). - Professional workshops in fields with real job opportunities: cooking, hospitality, maintenance, electricity, welding, sewing, leisure monitoring, and more. - Internships in companies and active support in job searching. - A safe educational space that fosters autonomy, responsibility, and social skills. A small gesture that opens up big opportunities.
