Am 23. Februar 2024 hatten wir 2 VIP-Reisende. Unsere beiden "Handicats" Jack Sparrow (Ataxie) und Pudding (Querschnittslähmung) konnten nicht mit einem normalen Trapo reisen und flogen daher mit 2 unserer Freiwilligen, die aus Deutschland kamen, um ein paar Tage in Plovdiv zu verbringen und das Tierheim zu besuchen und vor Ort zu helfen.

On February 23, 2024 we had 2 VIP travellers. Our two "Handicats" Jack Sparrow (ataxia) and Pudding (paraplegia) could not travel with the usual transport and therefore flew with 2 of our volunteers who came from Germany to spend a few days in Plovdiv visiting and helping in the shelter.

Diese zwei Miezen möchten Ostern gern mit ihren Familien feiern!

Ataxiekatze Stormy wurde von einer anderen bulgarischen Tierschützerin an Peggy Kinas (https://www.teaming.net/tierarztpatenschaftenfureinzuhausefurtieree-v-) vermittelt und obgleich es keine Cat House Katze ist, möchten wir betonen, wie wichtig es ist, dass sich die Organisationen und Tierschützer vor Ort untereinander helfen und sich unterstützen - ohne geht es nicht! Wir haben Stormys Retterin die Bedingungen für eine EU Reise mitgeteilt, einen Vertragsentwurf zur Verfügung gestellt, den Trapo in die Wege geleitet und Stormy vor der Reise untergebracht ❤️. Dafür können wir sicher sein, dass uns mal an anderer Stelle geholfen wird, wenn Not am Mann ist. Nur so funktioniert es!

These 2 kitties wanted to celebrate Easter with their new families!

Ataxia cat Stormy was rescued by another Bulgarian animal welfare activist and she has found a home with Peggy Kinas (https://www.teaming.net/tierarztpatenschaftenfureinzuhausefurtieree-v-). Although Stormy is not a Cat House cat, we would like to emphasise how important it is that local organisations and animal welfare activists help and support each other! We explained to Stormy's rescuer the conditions for an EU trip, provided a draft contract, arranged the transport and housed Stormy before the trip❤️. In return, we can be sure that we will be helped elsewhere when there is a need. That's the only way things can work successfully!
