Thursday 2nd July 2026, it was Romeo's turn! ❤️
For the past few weeks, David & Maribel have been visiting the shelter to walk Romeo alongside their own dog, giving everyone the chance to get to know each other... and, as you can imagine, they completely fell in love with him.
Today, Romeo officially became part of their family. ❤️
Moments like these make everything we do—from rescue to rehabilitation and rehoming—so worthwhile. Seeing one of our dogs begin a new chapter filled with love is the greatest reward we could ever ask for.
A huge thank you to our Benamejí rescue team for saving Romeo, to our incredible daily volunteers, and to our dedicated adoption team. Without every one of you, Romeo would never have had this second chance at a wonderful life. ❤️
And finally, thank you, David & Maribel, for opening your hearts and home to Romeo. We wish you many, many happy years together, filled with love, adventures, and wagging tails. ❤️
