Voici l’évolution de notre petit cœur Rafaël !
5 ans déjà…
Le handicap, la maladie et le besoin de matériel est toujours là !!
Plus Rafaël grandit, plus le matériel est coûteux.
Alors merci du fond du cœur aux personnes qui nous aident.
Un euro ça parait peut mais c’est déjà beaucoup pour nous ❤️
