Hi, I’m Nina, living in Bosnia/Sarajevo and I’m taking care of over 70 dogs, most of them with handicaps. The dogs are coming to me from all over the country and most of them wouldn’t be alive anymore. Monthly we need nearly 3.000€ for food, supplements, medicine, diapers and much more. Every euro is a huge help for us. Thanks to everyone, Nina & the forgotten paws
For almost three decades, I have been caring for the dogs who have it the hardest — dogs with disabilities. All across Bosnia, countless dogs are hit by cars, shot, or abused every single day. Many of them end up with me, and I take care of them. Many are paralyzed and will never be able to walk again. I provide them with physiotherapy, take them to the veterinarian, build wheelchairs and prosthetics for them, and make sure they can still live a full and happy life. These are the Forgotten Paws of Bosnia.
