I am Paola Federica Samaritani, founder of Sfattoria degli Ultimi, a shelter for animals in difficulty where we host more than 170 pigs and wild boars saved from mistreatment. I have dedicated my life to these animals, the last of the last, and together with all the volunteers and supporters we want to give them a better life that is worthy of this name.

Diuk era un cane mordace a rischio soppressione, adottato da Serena dopo mille peripezie, proprietaria del Rifugio di Bendicó. Si è presa cura di lui, cambiando il suo destino e colmando quelle paure che lo rendevano così insicuro ed aggressivo, amato e coccolato, venuto poi a mancare l’anno scorso per una malattia. In suo ricordo, è nata l’Associazione “Sulle Tracce di Diuk”, dall’unione del Rifugio Bendicó per animali in difficoltà ed i volontari che operano al Canile di Albenga.

L'associazione Gli Amici di Fiocco opera a Rieti e gestisce un rifugio per cani abbandonati. Tantissimi cani vengono dati in adozioni (sempre con controlli pre e post affido) ma molti hanno bisogno di essere ospitati da noi, tra cui tanti veterani che per varie ragioni difficilmente troveranno adozione. Aiutateci a far si che il nostro rifugio possa continuare a essere l'oasi di pace in cui potranno continuare a vivere le loro vite in attesa di una casa tutta per loro.
