Over the course of more than 440 years of history, we have adapted our educational and social action to the changes of the times, without ever losing sight of the founding values that guide us. Children from families at risk of vulnerability

Residència Elisabets is the heart of the social activity of the Casa de Misericòrdia Foundation in Barcelona. It offers residential care to children and young people from vulnerable families, during the school period, from Monday to Friday. Our intervention model is based on preventive action, personalized socio-educational support and co-parenting, that is, close and constant collaboration with families. We strengthen the family role: we maintain an active bond with families, agree on values and actions and promote that the stay in the home is an extension of their family environment. curricular or professional internships.
