For 30 years now, FANOC has been trying to recognize the rights of the large families, not to penalize them, but to recognize their social contribution. Because of the general economic situation, subsidies have been reduced by 40%. It helps because the large families continue to be treated as they deserve, and do not believe the child poverty and social exclusion because they have more children.
