EveryWhere Schools (EWS) is a non-profit organization focused on education in emergencies. All children and adolescents living in emergency situations should have access to quality education. However, only 2% of aid funds go to education in emergencies. We believe that all children have the right to learn, play, discover, have fun and grow in the best possible conditions even during crisis. Today 99% of our funds go directly into our "Escuela Sin Fronteras project in Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico.

EDUCATION AND PSYCHO-EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO ASYLUM SEEKER CHILDREN & ADOLESCENTS IN MEXICO'S BORDER

Since 2021, Everywhere Schools works in Mexico's borders under the project Escuela Sin Fronteras (School without borders). Escuela Sin Fronteras provides inclusive and quality education to girls, boys and adolescents seeking asylum in Mexico who are living in the Hospitalidad y Solidaridad shelter in Tapachula (border of Mexico). Students range from 3 to 18 years old. Using methodologies adapted to their context, this initiative seeks to reduce the educational gap and foster a participatory and collaborative learning environment. Through a globalized educational approach and thematic projects, while promoting values of inclusion and social cohesion. The money raised will be used to support Escuela Sin Fronteras, primarily to cover the salary of the teacher as well as to purchase essential school supplies.
