A rescue and rehoming sanctuary for abused, neglected and abandoned Galgos and Podencas in Malaga, Spain. Entirely voluntary funded, this charity has saved the lives of many Galgos left to die on the streets. All our dogs are vaccinated, neutered, and rehabilitated before we place them in forever homes. This group is to raise money for ongoing running costs and vets fees for special cases like Ebro.

Somos una asociación sin ánimo de lucro formada por activistas que ayudamos voluntariamente a rescatar animales abandonados o perdidos que no se dejan coger a mano. Debido al gran número de animales en situación de desamparo para los que nos solicitan ayuda, necesitamos apoyo económico para poder realizar los rescates con el equipo adecuado. Tu aportación de sólo 1€ hará posible que muchos sean salvados de una vida miserable y una muerte segura. Gracias!!

George Orfanidis has been rescuing animals in Crete, Greece for 25 years. He has around 120 dogs at his shelter. George often takes disabled animals or those requiring expensive surgery or with an ongoing need for medication for diseases such as leishmaniasis, who might otherwise struggle to find the safety of a shelter and are hard to find homes for. We are an animal sanctuary in Muro de Alcoy. We have almost 100 animals with chronic illnesses, with trauma or who are handicapped. We are a family of 4 and work with 2 amazing volunteers.

Galgos del Sol is a non profit charity located in Murcia, Spain. We are dedicated to rescue abandoned and injured galgos to rehabilitate them and find them forever homes in different parts of the world. Thousands of galgos are abandoned or killed each year at the end of the hunting season. Help mee... Bij Los Caballos Luna worden paarden opgevangen van de Stichting Paard in Nood Spanje. Paarden die mishandeld, gedumpt, verlaten, uitgehongerd en voor dood achtergelaten zijn. Ruim150 paarden zullen voor altijd bij ons blijven omdat ze zwaar getraumatiseerd zijn. Ze leven in kuddes in het natuurpark. Wij maken goed wat anderen ze hebben aangedaan, maar dat kunnen we niet alleen, daarvoor hebben we heel hard hulp nodig. Kan jij 1 euro per maand missen? Help ons dan alsjeblieft!

Deze stichting ter bescherming van de Galgos ondersteunt de moederorganisatie 112CarlotaGalgos in Spanje door opvang en plaatsing van haar honden in Nederland en België. Wij brengen het lot van de galgo onder de aandacht en werken aan meer naamsbekendheid voor deze kleine organisatie in Malaga die geen enkele overheidssteun ontvangt. Door evenementen, crowdfunding, sponsorgelden en giften hopen wij voor hen financiële middelen te genereren.

Strays of Alanya is an animal rescue focused on saving mistreated, neglected and vulnerable animals, young and old, that would not stand a chance in life without help. Our rescue provides a temporary sanctuary for +/- 250 animals at the moment, all receiving care, food, medicines and socialisation before rehoming or release. We are doing all we can to make them healthy again, giving them the love they need while they wait for their forever homes. We are funded entirely by private donations.
