Escolas de Paz is a social initiative that offers comprehensive care to orphans and vulnerable children, with the aim of guaranteeing them a more dignified future. Thanks to the work of the last years, the project offers a global care to 200 children between 5 and 14 years old distributed in the 4 localities that do not have basic minimum conditions.

Close to Liberia's capital Monrovia, Martha Dewellie, a 54 years old Liberian teacher, has founded this home for Orphans over 30 years ago. Nowadays 19 babies, children, teenagers and young adults are living together as a family. The Orphanage consists only of a common room, a bedroom for boys, one for girls and latrines. There's no access to electricity or running water and they struggle for food and clothes. Recently a basic school was built, which still misses teaching material, chairs..

Fundacion Carpio-Perez is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit organisation that has been working in Tanzania since 2009, carrying out income-generating, health and education projects so that disadvantaged groups of Maasai widows and their children can escape from extreme poverty. Our projects are located in the Northern Arusha region, with projects already completed in the villages of Arkaria, Lendikinya and Eluwai, and currently focusing on the village of Lepurko.

Somos 3 chicas que acabamos de volver de pasar Navidad echando una mano en Atenas con los refugiados. Antes de ir, hicimos un crowdfunding improvisado gracias al cuál pudimos hacer partícipes a otras personas con su colaboración económica. Una vez allí, compramos el material más necesario y lo entregamos en mano. Al volver, nos hemos dado cuenta de la necesidad de recaudar fondos recurrentes para que cada día puedan mejorar sus condiciones de vida un poco más y la ayuda directa no cese.
